What This Position Is All About:

Responsible for ETL program design, coding, unit testing, integration testing and implementation of ETL programs, primarily using Informatica PowerCenter / Java (Spark / Kafka Big Data technologies)

You also have:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as Middleware Administrator supporting IBM MQ, IIB environment
  • Minimum of 1 years' experience as Middleware Administrator supporting CICS environment
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working in Unix environment, z/os environment and in large operational environment, preferably Retail

·         Provide 24X7 on-call production support. Maintain backup and recovery process, including Disaster Recovery


As the Senior Analyst, you will:

  • Support and administrative functions to: MQFTE, MQ, IIB, Informatica environment, CICS
  • Strong analytical ability, judgment and problem analysis techniques.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal to effectively operate with IT Leadership.
  • Strong ability to understand client expectations and to resolve issues that may affect delivery.
  • Ability to work in a team environment that are geographically distributed.
  • Should Have Experience in s/w planning, architect, CICS, WAS, Oracle Fusion, IIS, SQL Server, Oracle and DB2.
  • Should have Knowledge in development using RAD, ESQL for Message Flows
  • Experience in SSL technologies including configuring SSL, certifications, keystores and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in Software Development Life Cycle and production support
  • Foster strong business partner relationships by communicating in easy to understand retail business terms and backup communication with actions that result in high sense of urgency and extraordinary business confidence.
  • Deliver high quality support with ‘owner-operator' customer service attitude.
  • Drive performance through the following metrics, focus on service desk ticket reduction, and reduced time to close open tickets/issues. Should deliver projects on time.
  • Deliver projects that consistently make user expected SLAs. Deliver projects with thorough documentation and run books easy identification of business impact of system failures.
