What This Position Is All About: 

T    The mandate for this position is primarily responsible for researching and sourcing candidates for our recruitment requirements for HBC India. This role will also focus on building creative analytics for the recruitment function and actively contribute to strengthening our recruitment presence on social media.

      Role is essential to the team and applicants must be able to thrive in a high pressure, fast moving, and evolving environment

Who You Are:

The successful candidate should be a respected and proven recruitment professional with a quantifiable track record of success in delivering results within a large complex organization.  He/she must have the ability to quickly assess a new environment and develop solutions that support the business strategy, critical objectives, and cultural norms. He/she must be creative with a strategic mindset along with the ability to turn concepts into action. He/she must have strong relationship building and influence skills, strong verbal, written communication skills and strong analytical and diagnostic skills.

You also have:

 

  • Minimum of  6-8 years of prior End to End IT recruitment experience
  • 2+ years' experience in a technical hiring: Developers, Testers, Analytics And Data Science
  • Experience in Recruitment/Sourcing for the Emerging technologies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external candidates
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills
  • Experience in managing a team
  • Must be tech savvy; Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM's with the ability to learn additional programs as needed


As the Lead, Talent Acquisition, you will:

 

Manage full cycle recruiting processes to meet hiring goals across all levels of HBC team. Establish relationships with leaders across Engineering and Technical Operations, developing a deep understanding of their objectives, challenges and teams, using this information to anticipate hiring needs and attract and close top candidates. Partner with Hiring Managers to create customized sourcing strategies focused on cultivating strong, diverse pipelines of both internal and external prospect. Track and analyze search metrics and provide data-driven, actionable updates to hiring managers and the broader recruiting team
