What This Position Is All About:
T The mandate for this position is primarily responsible for researching and sourcing candidates for our recruitment requirements for HBC India. This role will also focus on building creative analytics for the recruitment function and actively contribute to strengthening our recruitment presence on social media.

As the Lead, Talent Acquisition, you will:
Manage full cycle
recruiting processes to meet hiring goals across all levels of HBC team.
Establish relationships with leaders across Engineering and Technical
Operations, developing a deep understanding of their objectives, challenges and
teams, using this information to anticipate hiring needs and attract and close
top candidates. Partner with Hiring Managers to create customized sourcing
strategies focused on cultivating strong, diverse pipelines of both internal
and external prospect. Track and analyze search metrics and provide
data-driven, actionable updates to hiring managers and the broader recruiting
