What This Position Is All About:

The Human Resources (HR) Analytics Analyst is responsible for collecting and analyzing all workforce data, highlighting challenges and tracking progress. The role will focus on employee related research, developing complex modeling that serves business needs, and help HR maximize the company's investment in people.

Completely dedicated to people analytics, this  role will work closely with the Lead for the HR Analytics function who will partner with the HR  and  Technology team to build systems infrastructure required to collect and analyze HR data, offer actionable analysis and reporting to managers and executives, and interface with HR and other business functions to serve their data needs.

The insight from this analysis will be used to drive HR investments and talent management decisions, and assess HR program effectiveness. The position will create Visual dashboard and analyze large data sets of internal and external data and communicate the results across the organization in a way that informs and drives the organization to action


Who You Are:

  • Ability to simplify and communicate ideas in accessible ways
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and critical thinking
  • Fluent in verbal and written English

You also have:

  1. At least 3 years of relevant work experience with a minimum of 1+ years of performing advanced analytics
  2. Experience in using data visualization software (e. Tableau) and working with business systems (HRIS and ATS) and data warehouses
  3. Demonstrated skills in data management
  4. Computer literacy in G-Suite/MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Power Point

As the Human Resources (HR) Analytics Analyst, you will:

  • Work with the Lead to provide support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics and support the Human Resource leadership team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs
  • Build strong understanding of the HR data and quickly translate large data set into simple, meaningful and brief insights through story boarding with strong and impactful visualization
  • Support the Lead to provide thought leadership on the complete cycle of talent analytics, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to managing attrition
  • Good understanding on visualization and expert on demonstrating data on tools like Tableau, Qlikview, Power BI etc. Communicate findings to senior management via formal presentations, standard management reporting artifacts on periodic/quarterly/annual basis with the use  of advance visuals like tree map, sunburst, radar bar/line/area, parallel coordinates, tag cloud, tree diagram, quadrants, dial charts, etc. on excel, tableau and Power BI.
  • Be a story teller and demonstrate proficiency in dynamic visuals using interactions between two or more visuals to explain the correlations or other profound relationships of the datasets or variables
  • Create what-if scenarios through advance visuals and have ability to simulate the scenarios on  the basis of given criteria
  • Work as the key representative to the external benchmarks and key surveys supporting the HR function
