Role: Test Lead

Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 Years of experience in Software Testing and Software Quality Assurance.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands on experience setting up QA toolset including automation of API testing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Performance and Load Testing(stress, concurrency, load testing) and associated toolset.
  • Clear understanding and knowledge of QA Concepts, Methodologies and Testing Techniques.
  • Strong experience Leading Teams Of QA testers.
  • Strong experience writing Test Strategy And Test Plan
  • Well Versed in both Manual and Automated Testing.
  • Extensive Experience in Software Test Automation Tools.
  • Extensive experience working with large and complex data sets.
  • Experience with Project, Time, and Risk Management.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum Methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Retail Ecommerce Experience
  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud Experience
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Experience
  • Mobile Testing Experience





  • Provide leadership to the QA test team. Mentor and teach the QA team on how to use the latest and greatest QA tool sets.
  • Proactively drive all testing activities and be the owner of all QA and UAT environments.
  • Collaborate closely with Digital Engineering teams and other cross functional departments (Decision Sciences, Digital Marketing and infrastructure).
  • Implement a robust automated testing strategy for all technology related solutions.
  • Ensure all automated and manual test plans are maintained and updated on a regular basis.
  • Implement standard QA processes that will compliment the solution delivery lifecycle.
  • Review all QA sign off reports.
  • Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements.
  • Manage QA risks and mitigation plans.
