Day in the Life:

As an Analyst under Data Streams Support role, the individual will have the opportunity to work on the support team for the Enterprise Data Warehouse at The Bay.  You will be responsible for assistance with our EDW batches, monitoring executive reporting, scheduling jobs, handling priority Incidents and overall production support.

What You Will Do:

  • Support production processes within Data Streams teams
  • Support outages, delays, & major deployments within the Data Streams environment
  • Enforce standards and discipline in the documentation and structured development
  • Create new processes to improve the performance of the Data Streams environment
  • Resolve production issues within the defined SLA

What You Will Need:

  • 3+ years of experience in ETL/Data Warehouse
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Experience in Informatica Power Center / IICS
  • Experience in Snowflake
  • Fluency in SQL and relational databases
  • Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS/Azure)
  • Experience with Shell Scripting (e.g. Unix)
  • Experience with Production Support
  • Experience with programming languages Python an asset
