What This Position Is All About: Are you passionate about e-commerce technology and customer experience? At, we strive to provide the best customer experience through customer obsession and technology innovation. Our team is looking for a talented and experienced Sr. Technical Product Manager to drive technical solutions for the best website customer experience. The TPM will work with the technical team and other product managers to develop the technical roadmap and product technical specifications. The TPM will work with the technical teams to help them unblock all technical/technical resource issues and work with the other product managers to ensure successful product launch.  


As a successful candidate, the TPM needs to be an experienced technical product management leader, have showed ability to understand the complex technical issues and challenges, an effective communicator, have demonstrated the ability to earn the trust of stakeholders across a cross-functional team of individuals, are data-driven, and have experience managing complex business and technical challenges. The TPM needs to be customer obsessed and not afraid to get hands dirty navigating requirements from different teams.


You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; Master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software product management
  • Proven track record of driving products from concept to launch.
  • Proficient in developing internet products and technologies.
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
  • Strong organizational and people skills, successful track record of coordinating between multiple product stakeholders, technical and software development teams.
  • Ability to deal well with ambiguous/undefined problems; think abstractly; learn, adapt and innovate.
  • Proven track record of learning by quick experimentation (and sometimes failure), and then scaling
  • Proven track record of strong delivery of results by working both independently and collaboratively with teams as appropriate.


As The Senior Technical Product Manager, you will:

  • Define clear technical roadmap and requirement by working with technical teams and other product managers; 
  • Develop detailed, crisp technical requirements that can be used to for technical specifications and implementation;
  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs among needs of various customer features 
  • Create buy-in for technical vision from both technical and product stakeholders
  • Work with the technical team for end to end product feature development and launch 
  • Perform A/B Tests to track performance
