The Assistant Manager, Compensation & Benefits will lead the C&B philosophy and administration for 600+ employees in India, working closely with the global head of C&B and reporting into the Head of HR for India.

8 to 10 years of work experience in HR
MBA from a reputed university/institution preferred
Prior experience in the C&B function of atleast 4 years
As the Assistant Manager, Compensation & Benefits, you will:
Lead the compensation and benefits portfolio for the India office
Revaluation of the compensation structure for India and work on making it more competitive and employee friendly
Provide C&B Analytics to provide insights to business and leadership and assist them in decision making
Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of computation of pay changes during entire employee life cycle (Hiring, Promotion, Transfers, Retirement, Exits, etc.)
Work extensively on planning and execution of annual merit planning and variable pay programs, and ensure a smooth closure on time
Designing of Long Term and Short Term Incentives
Robust Exercise on internal + external benchmarking to analyse the and collect market leading best practices and work to introduce the same in the organization
Ensuring availability of market data across industry for connecting with suitable partners for benchmarking studies
Lead and Implement Job Evaluation for the organization
Work regularly on cost impact analysis and compensation ratios to evaluate budgeting and accurate payroll input year long
Manage and maintain the classification of roles as well as the regional incentive plans, and provide all data required
Facilitate in completion of annual appraisal and periodic talent management discussions
Design and implement the benefits and wellness program for the company
Responsible for end to end design and management of all employee-related benefits and policies
Design, communicate and continuously improve employee benefits/policies
Strengthen the Compensation and benefit awareness by conducting C&B education sessions
Responsible for HR policy design & communication to reach intended group of audience
Monitor utilization/penetration of benefits and incentives and design employee initiatives for the same
