Day in the Life:
As Team Lead, EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), you will be responsible for leading the EDI team of
Analysts ensure efficient and effective service delivery. The Team Lead will be the first point of escalation for
the resolution of any issues. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations and plays a pivotal role in
helping the vendors in EDI integration, which includes vendor onboarding, testing, monitoring, and
validating all required EDI transactions for vendors to ship and invoice electronically. The team Lead will also
work very closely with vendors, the DC (Distribution Center), and our merchant community to resolve any

our One Team culture by removing barriers for our Associates and communities.
What You Will Do:
? Oversee daily EDI operations
? Develops and implements EDI strategy to support organizational initiatives
? Defines and documents deliverables, schedules and operating protocols
? Allocates the resources for testing and implementation support
? Liaison between management and the EDI team
? Collaborates with other functional teams i.e. Accounts Payable, IT, vendors, DC Operations, and
merchants to achieve long term resolutions to errors
? Mentor, coach, and guide the team members which includes performance management and
? Tracking and reporting of performance metrics
? Ensure adherence to policies, internal control / audit requirements, and service standards
? Consistently monitor key performance parameters of the process and identify and implement new
ways to improve the quality of work
? Strong working experience in Vendor Relations processes including involvement with the
Issue management and resolution
Tracking and reporting of helpdesk performance metrics
Issue escalation / management of exceptions
To be on top of managing and resolving issues of factors and critical vendors
What You Will Need:
? 5+ Years of previous EDI experience are a must
? Strong written and oral communication skills
? Expertise in design and implementation of processes
? Working experience in EDI / Vendor Relations
? Min 2 years of supervisory / people management experience in handling a team
? Issue management and resolution
? Strong drive for results with the ability to manage competing priorities
? Able to think strategically, identify problems, develop practical solutions, and guide
? Interpersonal savvy: work effectively with all levels of management, generating confidence and
? Strong technical skills (EDI Translators, Excel, Word, and Google Docs/Sheets are a strong asset)
