What This Position Is All About:
The Human Resources TA Coordinator will work in cooperation with store partners on a daily basis in
order to assist with the seasonal recruitment of hourly associates for stores utilizing the Taleo
recruitment system. In addition, the HR TA Coordinator must create effective working relationships
with internal employees and business partners and must work well with many different levels of
management. This role provides administrative support to the HR function as needed, including
As the (HR TA Coordinator), you will:
? Support Stores with seasonal recruitment needs.
? Must be able to toggle and use Taleo recruitment system, GSuite and other softwares as
? Provide excellent Customer Service when responding to inquiries via email.
? Provide compliance reporting and follow up
? Support company HR initiatives and programs.
? Take on additional projects as needed.

? Enrolled in post secondary education preferably in Human Resources, Retail, or Business
? Good knowledge of Google Suite (Mail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)

? Experience working with Oracle Taleo HCM recruiting.
