Project Manager/ Sr Manager
In this role you will:
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, organize data, build business cases and
drive execution
Inter departmental coordination within CS Organization and across Supply Chain to do deep
dives on large data
Develop recommendations for process improvement to reduce contacts / concessions
Conduct data and statistical analysis to identify issues and opportunity areas
You will be required to determine and drive projects and manage resources in an effective &
efficient way
Provide Project update on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy,
adjustments and progress
Utilize Industry’s best practices, techniques, and standard throughout entire project
execution
Measure project performance to identify further areas of improvement
Desired Skills and Experience:
At least a Graduate with 8-12 yrs. of experience in Project Management Role
Project Management Professional with PMP Certification is a must
Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
Ability to Manage data and identify trends & opportunities
Good communication (both verbal & written) and interpersonal skills with ability to handle
pressure situations
Creative problem solving ability and multi-tasking competing priority
Excellent Excel Skills, data analytics and reporting skills
Ability to complete projects in timely manner
Proven track record of managing projects and broad scope and multiple stakeholders
Experience working with minimal guidance in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Ability to work with Technical & Non-Technical partners to drive results
Should be comfortable with 24*7 working environment, this position may require domestic
& overseas travel as well
