Manager, People Business Partner
What This Position Is All About:
The role will work in partnership with leaders, key stakeholders and CoEs of People teams to shape, develop and deliver people plans and solutions in line with business priorities.
Who You Are:
- 8+ years of work experience in established GCCs/MNCs.
- Experience in working as a People Business Partner with senior leadership and exposure to other areas of the People function like People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Learning & development
- Expertise in incubating global best practices
- Proven expertise in developing high-performing teams and delivering impactful projects
- Comfortable with leading change
- Skilled at working collaboratively across a matrixed organization and communicating across levels
- Self-driven with high integrity
As the Manager, People Business Partner you will:
- Deliver key People initiatives across the spectrum, including planning, budgeting, talent management, pay and reward, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management
- Work within a global framework, plan, develop, implement and direct these aspects of the People function: learning and development, career development and organizational design
- Collaborate with business leaders on initiatives that engage employees and promote retention of top talent
- Develop and execute a talent strategy for the region
- Leads and/or supports annual merit cycle deliverables to include merit and bonus awards; benefits enrollment; etc.
- Builds relationships with all key People stakeholders and leaders
- Understand business objectives and design and implement new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continuous improvements in the company's business objectives and productivity
