Job Description

The Senior Analyst – WFM is responsible for the support of the existing and development of new fully integrated business solutions
and/or the integration of legacy systems and other acquired software packages in the area of HR applications (WFM, Payroll, HR).
Working on support in production and lower environments, enhancements, and modifications to the existing legacy systems and/or
development for the new projects of various sizes and complexities, you will implement all the required application changes through
analysis, design, testing, documentation, and training.

Job Qualifications


  • 3-5 years of experience or hand-on exposure with most of the following: Workday and the Workday ecosystem. Workday HCM, Finance, EIBs/Integrations. Web services, XSLT, XML, Studio and BIRT. Workday Integrations certification preferred (but not required).
  • Computer Science Degree, or equivalent
  • 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in WFM and HR / Payroll applications
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in one or more of HR / Payroll below applications:Time & Attendance (Infor (WFM), TimeTrak)
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: Workforce Management, labor cost optimization, FSO (Labor Forecasting and Schedule Optimization), payroll tracking, workforce analytics and Interfaces
  • Strong knowledge in HR/Payroll modules
  • Develop and write SQL, PL/SQL queries
  • Working experience in .NET
  • Experience in report development tools like IBM Cognos BI Tool
  • Experience in java is an asset
  • Understanding of SDLC methodology; Full lifecycle implementation experience
  • Proficient in MS Office tools such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
  • Proficient in Google tools such as Gmail, Google Documents, Google Drive
  • CST/EST flexibility for the first couple of months
  • Experience in implementation/support of Infor WFM (Workbrain) modules like Time and Attendance, MVS, LFSO
  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure and Power BI tool
  • Experience in java is an asset
  • Prior experience working with a retail client is a plus

  • As the Senior Engineer. You Will:

  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical related issues and provide solutions
  • Develop and write SQL, PL/SQL queries
  • Work and support .NET related applications
  • Support and troubleshoot system extensions, including Integrations, Reports and Technical defect resolution
  • Manage support service requests with vendors
  • Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Interact with the business team members to gather requirements or defects related for developing reports, interfaces, data
    conversion and application extensions
