As a Motion Designer, you will be an integral part of our creative team, responsible for
bringing our ideas to life through captivating visual animations and dynamic designs. Your
role will involve collaborating with our design, marketing, and content teams to create
engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content that effectively communicate our
brand messages and objectives. You'll have the opportunity to contribute your creative
expertise to various projects, including promotional videos, social media content,
presentations, and more.

Responsibilities:
1. Conceptualize and create compelling motion graphics and animations that align with our
brand identity and messaging.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, goals, and
target audience.
3. Translate concepts and storyboard ideas into visually stunning animations and designs.
4. Create and edit video content, including video intros, outros, and promotional videos.
5. Incorporate visual effects, typography, and other design elements to enhance the overall
visual appeal.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging animation techniques to continuously
improve your skills and our creative output.
7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising
on quality.
8. Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions and project ideation.
9. Assist in maintaining and organizing the library of motion assets and templates.

Requirements:
1. A strong portfolio showcasing your motion design and animation work.
2. Proficiency in industry-standard motion design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe
After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
3. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and composition.
4. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and communicate ideas clearly.
5. Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
6. Time management skills to handle multiple projects with varying deadlines.
7. Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques for different platforms.
8. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred).
9. Previous experience in motion design, animation, or video editing roles is a plus.
