In this role, you will be responsible for digital marketing analytics, particularly ownership of Adobe Analytics platform and the use of adobe analytics to analyze website and app performance, feature benefits analyses, track and monitor campaign KPIs and enable self-serve consumption across marketing and merchandising teams. The candidate will own communications with internal stakeholders (growth, category growth, retention, product, content, analytics and data) to support reporting needs, including defect identification and resolution, clickstream data analysis, setting up and automating dashboards and vendor feeds, and establishing KPIs. This person will showcase a product mindset and also manage on-site data flows to media vendors via Tealium (both client side and server side) and will work with vendors through enhancements, testing, and defect resolution.
? Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or a quantitative field like Economics, Mathematics or Statistics
? 1-2 years hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and related products (Adobe Launch, Adobe Target,
? Strong understanding of web analytics concepts, including data capture methodologies, segmentation, conversion tracking, and data governance
? Pro Adobe Analytics user who is an expert in creating Analytics dashboards & metrics, providing insights based on Analytics data, and familiar with data warehouse and data feed jobs, data integrations etc..
? Experience in creating spec documents for tracking implementation and testing for development teams
? Experience to scope and implement technical tracking requirements (pixels, URL tracking, etc) by self or in partnership with technology teams.
? Experience in Adobe Target and Adobe Experience Platform
? Knowledge of tag management systems (such as Google Tag Manager or Tealium), as well as the ability to troubleshoot issues related to tag implementation and data quality.
? Experience with command-line statistical analysis software (e.g. Python or R), SQL (analytic functions, subqueries, window functions, etc), Snowflake, DBT
? Strong communication and collaboration skills, with proven ability to establish trusting relationships with internal and external partners
? (Bonus) experience in Analytics Raw data (click stream data), user Analytics data in creating dashboards in Looker or similar BI tools

? Provide leadership for digital transformation across the organization by leveraging new cloud technologies and existing enterprise technologies
? Collaborate with internal stakeholders to independently identify defects, develop tracking requirements, conduct analyses, create dashboards reports, and establish KPIs and related metrics for site features, enhancements, and redesigns.
? Manage and execute end-to-end vendor tag and API planning, implementation, and enhancements for media vendors, while adhering to tag management best practices and staying up-to-date with media measurement trends and privacy / governance requirements
? Own bot identification and suppression for Adobe Analytics to maintain the validity of site metrics. Act as point person for collaboration with the Fraud and Information Security teams to suppress and prevent future bot attacks on our site.
? Answer key business questions through statistical analyses, reporting and dashboards using analytics tools available to the teams (SQL, R, Python, Excel, Adobe Analytics) & Prepare executive-ready presentations summarizing findings and recommendations, and automate reports and dashboards that the organization finds valuable
? Demonstrate product mindset to understand business needs and come up with scalable engineering solutions
? Use Charles Debugger and Tealium Event Stream to QA and debug the website and mobile app, and use these tools to assist with QA for regular code releases with Tech.
? Lead as-needed training to the wider organization on the tools we manage, keep up-to-date with Web Analytics, Digital Measurement, and Ad tech best practices, announcements, and industry research.
? Run all business and technical aspects of Adobe Analytics including documentation, maintenance, and management of administrative functions re: Adobe, and stay informed of all external changes that affect measurement like privacy laws, browser changes, etc
