Role Summary:

This individual will be part of the IT Procurement team in a Team Lead Capacity working with other team members to provide support in the day to day activities of the Procurement department. Working in a fast

   A total of 8-10 years of experience in IT industry
  Minimum 2 years’ experience working in IT Procurement and/or IT Vendor Management
  Must be a critical thinker with good analytical skills and problem solving ability
  Must have a results-driven focus, with the resolve and urgency to accomplish specific goals
  Minimum 2 years of People management experience Ability to communicate at all levels confidently
  Must be able to analyze and interpret large amounts of unstructured data in order to come to
  meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
  Must be able to work on multiple projects with multiple stakeholders at the same time strong attention to detail
  Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Collaboration Tools.

As the It Procurement Team Lead You Will:

Develop key business relationships with all levels of management to ensure strategic, operational, and quality goals are achieved. Act as an adviser and subject matter expert to
internal customers of the Procurement department including the TBO team, Business Leads and the technology leadership team.
Develop financial analysis and reporting for use by the broader team.
Vendor Negotiation: Act as the principal contract negotiator for strategic Technology contracts.
Support contract administration tasks including administration of Docusign and Workday Strategic Sourcing tools.

Performing complex and detailed analysis required to support benefits estimation and savings documentation.
Identifying and managing cost drivers; analyzing life cycle costing challenges
Innovation: Actively stay abreast of trends within IT and omni-channel as well as IT sourcing

sourcing best practices.

Support four direct reports who manage invoice processing and financial analysis for the technology business office team
