? Drive the highest levels of customer service and stability
? Monitor the environment to proactively identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues
? Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve complex problems impacting service levels
? Configure alerts on the system to identify issues before they cause system outages.
? Define and manage integration services including ETL integration, Streaming and Rest based services.
? Foster technical and procedural excellence within the IT department for all systems and processes
? Coordinate with other IT departments to facilitate requirements, objectives, and manage Incidents
? Define and implement data and integration standards across the enterprise
? Roadmap and Implement necessary products and processes to keep integration platforms current, stable, and secure
? Focus on automation of data and integration needs across the enterprise
? Participate in after-hours escalations and maintenance as needed
? Partner with IT management and internal customers to communicate and implement necessary changes to keep the
integration environments current, stable, and secure
Required Qualifications (Minimum Requirements):
? 4+ years of proven information technology experience as an integration professional with a focus on industry standards and
best practices
? 3+ years of experience building and maintaining Informatica PowerCenter or BDM ETL platforms
? Experience with IBM Websphere Message Broker, MQ, or ACE preferred
? Experience with Mulesoft preferred
? Experience with Kafka and Akka streaming platforms preferred
? Experience automating process and procedural workflows for application integration
? Experience with current frameworks for integration
? Experience with Oracle, SQLServer, PostGres, and Snowflake preferred
? Experience with AWS cloud computing preferred
