What This Position Is All About:

Help HBC deliver high-quality, trend-right, and luxury merchandise to our Store and Online customers! By performing various Inventory allocation tasks, you will make sure the right products are at the stores at the right time. You will also work with a wide range of Buyers & Planners from our headquarters and world-renowned Brands to turn ideas into great merchandise.

As the Sr Inventory Analyst, you will:

PO and ALLOCATION:

* Drive and run Pre-Allocation
* Ensure completion of PO creations and allocations based on guidance from the buying and planning offices adhere to calendar expectations 
* Manage Central stock management as required
* Do Allocation roll up reviews to ensure inventory is in line with plan
* Communications with vendors as required
* PO Approval and unlock and ensure cost/retail match intended buy sheets

ANALYTICS:

* Conduct significant research as a means of assessing the inventory by doing stock to sales analysis on Business area
* Negotiate potential inventory opportunities /risks to protect category and cluster performances for overall DMM
* Apply analytics to influence related upstream and downstream decisions around the allocation process for overall DMM
* Creation of size curves and Size optimization using Tableau & JDA
* Develops strategies and processes to do digital analysis on demand opportunities in breadth & depth
* Prepare and present regular reports on inventory levels, stock turnover, and other relevant KPIs.
* In-Season WOS management on digital and stores for respective areas
* Liaison with various verticals of NA & HBC India to add value with cross functional activities/projects

PO TRACKING:

* Assist with import tracking (Freight forwarder to DC)
* Working on all PO changes, PO approval and Unlock

Job Qualifications

Must haves:

* MBA/other post graduations
* Proven experience 4 plus years in inventory management, demand planning, or supply chain analysis.
* Strong analytical, forecasting, problem solving, and detail orientation
* Advanced Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Basic SQL, Tableau/PowerBi
* Proficiency in using inventory management software
* Ability to manage large sets and interpret data
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams

Good to haves:

* Excel Macros
