Day in Life for Promotion Analyst:

The Promotion Analyst supports the Buying Team by creating/ maintaining pricing & promotional offers for Stores/ business during any seasonal events. The Promotion analyst role is to create offers accurately as per the info provided by the buyers/ vendors, liaise with PLU team to resolve any pre-scan issues & live issues. The position requires frequent communication with buying team as well as with vendors, PLU & AMS team.

Who You Are:

* University or college degree or commensurate retail experience
* Preferred 1-2 years related experience in a merchandise/ Price & Promotion capability
* Excellent computer skills including MS Word and Excel & Google Suites
* Team player
* Sense of urgency flexibility ability to multitask
* Detail oriented and Willingness to learn
* Willing to work in flexible shifts timings/ weekends

What you will do as the Promotion Analyst:

* Update Non-Ad files up-to-date accurately & creates support/ Clarification document if necessary
* Create flip clarification if necessary
* Create & manage Product groups, execute Marketing downloads while maintaining and understanding of the timelines to ensure accurate execution and review is complete before due date
* Solve Pre-Scan and Live PLU issues within the desired timelines
* Populate and maintain internal documents (SxS) with historical and actual promotional results accordingly
* Work closely with PLU & signing team to provide and populate required information
* Create NSP after lockout(marketing additions, deletions, multi-level, price change)
